Coverage for Industrial Combustion Equipment & Imported Corn Peeling Machinery
1. Twelve-Month Manufacturer Warranty
BS Energy India warrants all supplied imported corn peeling machines, burners, and fabricated industrial vessels against defects in materials and manufacturing workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of dispatch or commissioning, whichever occurs first.
2. Component Inclusions
- Electric Drive Motors: Replacement or repair of electric motor stators/rotors in the event of manufacturing electrical insulation fault under normal rated voltage.
- Main Rotor Shaft & Bearing Housings: Free replacement for structural casting fracture or dynamic runout faults.
- Structural Chassis: 10-year structural integrity guarantee against weld shear failure on heavy steel support frames.
3. Normal Wear & Tear Consumables
Consumable wear components that degrade through ordinary grain friction (specifically abrasive emery rollers, sieve screens, and V-belts) are excluded from manufacturing warranty once put into commercial service. However, BS Energy India guarantees ready-stock replacement availability in Chennai at direct OEM prices.
