1. Scope of Quotations & Contracts
All commercial quotations issued by BS Energy India for industrial burners, steam boilers, piping skids, and imported corn peeling machinery remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of quotation issuance, subject to prevailing metal raw material indices and foreign exchange rates.
2. Delivery Terms & Transit Insurance
Standard machine dispatch is conducted on Ex-Factory (Chennai, India) or CIF/FOR terms as expressly agreed in the purchase order. Machinery in transit is backed by comprehensive marine/road cargo transit insurance to safeguard against physical impact during road haulage.
3. Commissioning & Site Preparedness
For industrial combustion systems and high-throughput corn peeling lines, the purchaser is responsible for ensuring adequate electrical power supply (415V 3-phase connection), foundation preparation, and pneumatic tie-ins prior to technician commissioning visits.
4. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Any contractual dispute arising out of equipment supply or engineering maintenance shall be settled amicably through arbitration in Chennai, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of India.
